Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms apply when you use Dozif, whether you're browsing, on the free plan or paying. By creating an account you agree to them, so please read them. If you use Dozif for a company, you're agreeing on its behalf.

What we provide

Dozif is a database of public business websites with the technology they use, their niche, country, publicly listed contact details and signs of website problems. You can search it, save leads, export them within your plan's limits and use related features such as AI outreach drafts and connecting AI assistants. We work to keep the data accurate and the service available, and we may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 and give a real email address.
  • Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including through apps you connect to it.
  • One person per account. Don't share logins to get around plan limits.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Account in the app.

Using the data responsibly

You may use Dozif to find and contact businesses that could use your services. When you do:

  • Follow the law that applies to your outreach, such as anti-spam and privacy laws (for example CAN-SPAM, the GDPR and the UK PECR). Identify yourself honestly and respect requests to stop.
  • Don't resell or republish the data, or use it to build a competing database or service.
  • Don't scrape or overload Dozif, get around limits or security, or access it with automated tools other than the features we provide (such as exports and our MCP server).
  • Don't use Dozif for harassment, fraud, or anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • If we change prices, we'll tell you before your next renewal at the new price.
  • Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us.
  • Plan limits (export rows, saved lists, daily analyses and AI emails) are shown on the pricing page.

Accuracy of the data

Our data is collected automatically from public websites, and websites change. Technology, contact details, niche, country and scores can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. AI-written emails can contain mistakes too. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Our rights and yours

Dozif, its software and its database belong to us. Your lists, notes and messages belong to you, and you give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Exports are licensed to you for your own business use under these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Dozif is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet a particular need.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Dozif and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons. If we close the service, we'll give paying users reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell signed-in users before they take effect. Using Dozif after that means you accept the new terms.
